This is a true to life experience being translated into the blogistshpere for the inlightment of us all.

The setting is community several hundred strong, been around since the early 80s in the shadow of the Nation's Capitol City and they are the tale of all to many communities.  We have every element for a major who done it and with that~ lets get on with the show.
